I was able to test something else on a Mac with Word 2008. The Option + F9 did not work, so i went to TOOLS - Keyboard Shortcuts. On the left change to show ALL shortcuts, on the Right scroll down to the V section and look for ViewALLFields. This button has the shortcut Option + F9 assigned to it. I changed that to Option + F5. I was than able to use this shortcut key. Thanks for the feedback. And here is a tip that the person replied with I was able to get it to work, though I did use different fields { IF { INCLUDEPICTURE "{ IF TRUE "{ MERGEFIELD imagepath }" }" } { INCLUDEPICTURE "{ IF TRUE "{ MERGEFIELD imagepath }" }" } } and also instead of '//' you have to use ':'
