04:24
To learn more, visit http://www.worktheworld.com. Nursing overseas might be the most important thing you ever do. High patient numbers, limited resources and short staffed wards mean getting stuck in to the elective placement straight away — resident staff will appreciate your skills from day one. Look forward to getting special experience treating rare and unusual cases that you won’t have seen in your home country, and learn hospital survival skills in an environment with limited access to modern equipment. All of our overseas placements are supervised by experienced professionals, so you’ll be in the very best hands from the get go. Speaking of staff, you’ll work alongside experts across multiple departments, nurturing unique skills that will set you apart. Better still, we limit the number of student nurses on our placements, making sure you get the experience required to satisfy your course requirements. Our promise is to put you in an exotic location best suited to your skills and interests, and take care of everything along the way as you study abroad as a nurse. Travel The World And Work At The Same Time

04:01
This video is an insight at a world traveler's mindset. As World Travellers We feel at home almost everywhere they go.we makes friends easily, because we love people.we travel get to know the world, deeply.we want to be a part of it’s culture deferent cultures . this is just in us. We can’t help it.we’re keen to learn something new about ourselves and about life.and we want to do if for long time…so we have to come up with creative ways to earn money and save money, for example we rarely sleep in a hotel. try to find other solutions like a friend that lives in that country or an actual apartment to rentwe usually avoid the tourist sites. How I make money while traveling the world (and eating)

05:45
►How to Start a Travel Blog: https://migrationology.com/how-to-start-a-travel-blog/ ►How to Make Money While Traveling: https://migrationology.com/how-to-make-money-while-traveling/ The number one question I get asked is how I can afford to travel, while making money, and blogging. I'm going to answer how I make money, and also how I can afford to travel and eat in this video. Also, I'll share how I think you can do it too! There are many many ways to make money while traveling, and I have friends that are working on cruise ships, blogging, affiliate marketing, freelance writing, and even skydiving, while earning money to be able to maintain a lifestyle traveling. But instead of sharing all the ways on how to make money traveling, I'll first share the ways I make money. First I want to say that all of these ways that I make money while traveling are all the result of initially starting a blog back in 2009 and committing to writing quality and useful information on it on a regular basis. If you want to make money while traveling, I'd highly recommend you start a blog on whatever you're passionate about and begin blogging high quality useful information to show your expertise, and also connecting with others. (If you're just starting a travel blog, Travel Blog Success is an excellent course that I recommend: https://travelblogsuccess.com/?ref=18 [affiliate]) 1. Affiliate recommendations - This basically means earning a small commission as a referral. There are many companies (places like Amazon and Agoda.com for hotels) that offer a commission if you refer someone to a purchase. As an example, on my website I give away a lot of free useful tips about visiting Bangkok (http://migrationology.com/bangkok-thailand-travel-guide/). And I also recommend a few hotels which, some of which I've previously stayed at, and others which I've just visit and highly recommend. So if you were to click one of the links and book that hotel, I would get a small commission as a referral. I only recommend things that I use myself or trust. 2. My premium travel and food guides - The biggest way I make money while traveling is by selling my premium travel and food guides (http://migrationology.com/travel-guides/). Right now I have the Bangkok 101 things to do guide, Eating Thai Food Guide, Vegetarian Thai Food Guide, and the Delhi travel guide, and I'm working on more. I prefer to sell my own guides than doing advertising on my website, because I can trust in the quality of my own guides. 3. Freelance writing - As a result of first starting my travel blog back in 2009, I've had the opportunity to do numerous freelance writing projects, some big and some small. I've written for a few inflight magazines, as well as CNN Travel, and various other newspapers, magazines, and websites. I used to dislike writing, but the more I started blogging about thing I really enjoyed (like food) the more I enjoyed it. And after committing to it and blogging, I've been able to connect with so many others and had chances to write for many places. A blog is a great way for you to have a public profile of your expertise. 4. Video, YouTube - Finally, the fourth way of how I make money while traveling and blogging is through videos. I made the decision to start making videos and I have committed to it. Ads on some of my videos is another chunk of my monthly income. Along with how to make money while traveling and blogging, it's also important to say how I can afford to travel? Most of the money my wife and I make now goes back into our traveling and eating. However, it's all about your priorities. We don't own a car and pay for gas, and instead we choose to buy plane tickets and eat street food. You have to set your own goals and priorities and live intentionally to pursue them. Mentioned in the video: My travel guides: http://migrationology.com/travel-guides/ My travel resources: http://migrationology.com/travel-resources/ Learn to make a succesful travel blog (especially recommended if you're starting out): https://travelblogsuccess.com/?ref=18 [affiliate] Getting a job on a cruise ship: https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?ii=875328&c=ib&aff=168630&cl=120607 [affiliate] (Some things listed here, if you invest in it, I will get a commission, but these are all things I personally stand behind and recommend) Music in this video courtesy of Audio Network Get my FREE street food guide: http://wp.me/Psd9b-4pl Follow my adventures on http://migrationology.com/blog & http://www.eatingthaifood.com/blog/ Again, be sure to check out these two posts: ►How you can make money while traveling: http://migrationology.com/2014/02/how-to-make-money-while-traveling/ ►How to start a travel blog (or a blog about anything you want): http://migrationology.com/2015/04/how-to-start-a-travel-blog/

Work and travel USA - lifeguard in Cedar Point - CIEE I ROADTRIP 2017

13:05
It's almost a year that I made one of the biggest decisions of my life. I decided to travel across the globe just by myself, visit US and work there as a lifeguard. Honestly, it was definitely one of the best decision, I've ever made. I feel very grateful for so many amazing friends I made all over the world and for all those unforgettable memories we made together. After almost 3 months my brother with my best friend came to Cedar point, and we started the biggest adventure ever: Ohio: Sandusky, Illinois: Chicago, Utah: Salt Lake City - Zion park, Arizona: Horseshoe Bend - Grand Canyon - Antelope Canyon, Nevada: Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, California: San Diego - Los Angeles - Santa Barbara - Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks - Yosemite National Park - San Jose - Santa Cruz - San Francisco, New York. ♥ So... If you are one of those, who still hesitate and who are not 100% sure: Go! Be scared, but do it anyway. Like I did. Step out of your comfort zone, because that adventure is f**king worthwhile! 🍀 Good luck to all of u guys! World awaits! Don’t listen to what they say. Go see!

HOW TO WWOOF FOR BEGINNERS - THE BASICS FOR WORK + CHEAP TRAVEL

26:48
WWOOF aka World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms, is a really fantastic way to travel, meet new people and learn a little about farming in the process! Workaway, and HelpX are other programs that offer similar opportunities where guests volunteer their time in exchange for room and/or board. All are fantastic options for traveling the world while on a budget. Save money on the cost of sleeping accommodations and food while getting to socialize and learn, what's not to like there?! I have experience in a number of places including Canada, California, Hawaii. In addition I’ve researched farms in Thailand and Costa Rica and talked to many other WWOOFers about their time as a vagabond worker ;) I encourage anyone to try it, no matter your age. If you are able-bodied and open minded, we can find something for you! Friends, food and fun, what’s not to like? Firstly, a few things about how to navigate the website. Each area of the world has a different site and membership. You’ll buy a membership which typically lasts for one year. After making your profile (with good photos) you can start browsing farm profiles. You’re able to filter results with your preferences (ie. vegetarian/vegan, smoking/non-smoking etc.) and use key word searches. Most WWOOF sites will also have reviews from previous WWOOFers. You’ll havee access to the host’s contact info, sometimes this includes their address which you can google for their location. E-mail them with a little about yourself, your availability and any questions and you’re all set! Before getting started a few things you should know: Not all farms are certified organic farms, some are just people with a backyard who need a hand. Also, not every exchange is for full room and board, some you have to pay additional or supplement your own food. Lastly, know that there are no consistent standards. All farms are maintained individually and things like safety and cleanliness are up to the discretion of the owner. Some farms will be paradise and others pigpens. Ask yourself, what are my intentions? Keep in mind what you’re priorities are and it will help you in finding the right fit. Are you interested in learning, making friends, and/or travelling? In researching farm profiles be sure to find out your length of stay/commitment; exact work hours & type; what food is provided; how many WWOOFers on the property at a time; what are your sleeping accommodations; what is transportation like around the area? If their descriptions are a little light, you might want to contact them and ask: How much experience is required on your behalf; What is the kitchen type (ie. veg only); What do they grow & can you eat it; Their location relative to town? As for general tips… Be sure to pack light, be a minimalist! Don’t forget to make all your arrangements (ie. how will you get from the airport to the farm?). If you feel uncomfortable about committing to such an unknown, try and get a farm on recommendation, read reviews from past WWOOFers, ask to Skype your host beforehand. Always keep in mind that, if you don’t know something (like which plant is a weed or where to put your tool), just ask! Take advantage of your hosts as a resource for learning the inside scoop on the area. Be ready to work - take it seriously. Often this is people’s homes, plus, you’ll get more out of it! Arrange in advance. I started preparing 6 months prior. Farms have to plan their sessions and so there might be a wait list. Know your options - if after giving it a chance, if it’s not going well for either or both parties, you can leave. I’d say be respectful as much as you can, try and have a conversation about it and provide some constructive feedback. You can also review them fairly on the site. Acknowledge any of your participation in this as well. Lastly, stay open! It’s going to be a lot of new, but give it a chance =) More Travel Tips https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aZbELv17S0&t=25s ❂ https://www.kat-green.com/ ❂ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thegreengreen/ ❂ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/katlgreen ❂ Twitter: https://twitter.com/katlgreen ❂ Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/katlgreen/ Tunes by lakey inspired and valesco

How To Work For Yourself and Travel The World

In this video you'll learn the fastest and best way to start working for yourself so you can become a digital nomad, or location independent entrepreneur. When you research how to work for yourself you will surely be bombarded with 1000s of ideas, as well as 1000s of people trying to sell you some B.S. "business in a box" or "magic solution". Run! The fastest way to work for yourself is to become a freelancer, a coach, or a consultant. In this video I'll share my own experiences working for myself as a freelancing and coaching others. You'll learn exactly how you can get started working for yourself and the right ways to think about what to actually do. I'll give you a hint, there is no magic here. It's all about giving real value and actually helping people. When you do, you'll get more freedom and be able to keep working for yourself and living life on your own terms. Oh, and you'll also get to keep your soul. Cool? I also share my own experience as a digital nomad and talk about how I started working for myself as a freelance copywriter and how this enabled me to live abroad and really design my dream life. In this video, I also want to actually teach and break down how it could be possible for them, because most of the time when you explain to someone that you have this life where you can live wherever you want, you earn money regardless of the local economy of where you are, and you have pretty much total freedom in terms of where you live and when you work, they're interested in how they could do that as well. I've wanted to make this video, this video right now for years where I break down the best way to do it and how it can be done. Now, if you're wondering who am I to talk about this stuff, well, I've been location independent for over four years now. I started off leaving my hometown of Vancouver, Canada in 2012. I was working as a freelance copywriter and was broke. I'm not going to use some curse words to tell you how broke I was, but I was as broke as you can get. I made this decision to kind of follow through regardless, on my dream of living around the world and managed to not only make it work, but really increase my business and turn things around to the point, where we're at a really nice profitable freelancing business, where I was able to go from Costa Rica to New York, where I was able to surprise my brother with a flight to visit me, and I was able to do all this while working as a freelancer on my own hours with the freedom to live where I wanted. Since then, I've grown my business to include writing my own books, teaching online courses as well as doing coaching. So I have a fair share of experience not only through my own life, but also working one-on-one with other people as they went through this journey of becoming a freelancer, and then designing their own life around that. Now I hope you don't mind me talking about myself a bit, I've been told I have to put that in these videos because people want to know, "Who is this guy? Why should I listen to him?" So, now that we have that out of the way, I want to go back to our original premise, which is that conversation that comes up time and time again, where I run into someone who says, "I want your life. How can I have that kind of freedom, and work for myself?" I want to go through what I would tell them, what I do tell them in that conversation. The first thing I would say, and I want to say about working for yourself is, don't over-complicate it. It doesn't have to be this crazy complicated thing. Now, I think the best way to get started, in terms of working for yourself and having the freedom to set your own schedule is freelancing, consulting or coaching. There's a bunch of reasons why I think this is by far the best way to get started. I'll go through that later on in the video, but for now, just roll with me here. So within this area, you don't need to over-complicate things. A lot of people, myself included, especially myself, we have an instinct of making things more complicated than they need to be. Ultimately, what a good freelancer does, is they provide value. For the rest of the video, I'm going to use the term 'freelancer', but know that I include consulting and coaching within that category of freelancing here.

John Butler - Buddha at the Gas Pump Interview

01:53:50
Discussion of this interview in the BatGap Community Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Batgap/permalink/2646456055580178/ Also see https://batgap.com/john-butler/ Childhood accustomed me to nature, solitude - a sense of God which needed no explaining. Stillness, beauty, depths of love called my heart back home where it belonged. But life grew out into the world, became possessed and lost the way. After a few unwilling years in business, I went to South America 'To make the world a better place'. It wasn't so easy. Alone on a mountainside one day, an inner voice said, 'To make whole, be whole'. I realised that, before being able to help others, I first had to work on myself. Once back in England, I looked for and found a source of meditation, which opened up a whole new way of seeing. How can I best help the world I love? This question led me through organic farming, much travel and many adventures to ever deeper understanding of the Work of Prayer. I wouldn’t call myself a mystic though some say I am. I’m not sure what it means besides “Not this – not that”. Neither (in a conventional sense) am I very religious. “Mystic” conveys to me a wise unknowing of morning mist with only the promise of a day to come. It’s not an intellectual approach defined by man but trusting, waiting, quietly still before each blade of grass, each little bird (Mat.6,26-28) reminding us of higher, nobler government than ours. This required attending to the moment “Now”, reminding me how much we live not present, here, but absent, lost in past or future - thought, desires and fear. But isn’t that reality? We need to look and see.

Cathedral floors, masters of old contrasted with hack tile work of today

03:29
Just got back from a trip to Italy where I visited several cathedrals. A short video of some of the floors done by masters of ancient times with crude tools of the era, lasting centuries in beautiful condition, true masterpieces. A quick glimpse of the cathedral floor in Siena and a bit of Saint Peter's in Rome. In contrast some hack tile work, in italy of some places I visited in modern buildings, where have all the masters of the trade gone, where is the pride in the craft? Yes there are still very capable installers in all parts of the world, masters of the trade, but what stands out in contrast with the beauty of old, as you enjoy and marvel at the astonishing beauty and complexity and artistry of ancient artisans, is the disgusting laziness and horrible work done by those who just want a paycheck for work that should be torn down. During the '90's war we came to the Netherlands and I got Dutch nationality. I've lived in Amsterdam for 8 years but lost my heart to India. Since 2018 I'm based in Bangalore. See this video for my refugee story: https://bit.ly/2l17T9h Q How can you afford to travel so much? A I saved for 3 years while working full time and now travel vlogging is my job. I work together with tourism agencies but also do some freelance work on the side. You can watch this video: https://youtu.be/vxfjQO_F1vE and this one: https://youtu.be/dB7plg139wQ to learn more about my story. Q What camera do you film with and what editing software do you use? A Canon G7X Mark II and Final Cut Pro X Q (Why) Are you vegetarian? A I'm vegetarian but not strict. I don't eat any meat, fish, cooked/boiled or fried eggs. I gradually became a vegetarian over the course of 15 years because I disliked the taste of meat more and more. After doing a yoga teacher training in 2015 I also quit fish and the eggs. No matter my food preferences I have no issues with other people not being vegetarian. I don't judge others and kind of expect the same favor from others concerning my own food preferences. It makes for a more friendly world :-) Q Why do you usually travel alone? A Because my friends have jobs with limited holidays, kids and partners. Also I really like exploring on my own. Can I work and travel while my asylum case is pending?

03:37
Our Website: https://hackinglawpractice.com/ My Podcast: https://immigrationanswershow.com/ Can I work and travel while my asylum case I pending? Hi, I'm Jim Hacking Immigration Attorney practicing law here in Saint Louis, Missouri. We've been filing a lot of asylum cases lately and one question our clients often have is "Can I work while my asylum case is pending?" And "Can I travel?" Is the other question they ask us. Well it's certainly true that when you file for asylum you have to wait a little while before you can apply for a work authorization card. The wait is five months. After your asylum case has been pending for five months, that is five months from the date on the receipt notice that you receive back from the asylum office. You can apply for work authorization and for a travel document. With travel, that's always a tricky subject. It's going to be our recommendation while your asylum case is pending that you not leave the United States. People who are here seeking asylum are barely in the United States from a legal perspective, and so it's very dangerous to leave the United States while your asylum case is pending no matter what stage of those proceedings you are. Until you get the asylum approved and get the asylum document, it would be foolish for you to leave the United States while that case is pending. It's okay to get the travel document and to have it in your back pocket in case an emergency arises. But it will be our strong recommendation that while your asylum case is pending before the asylum office, that you not leave the United States just because you don't want to ever leave it up to some customs official's discretion as to whether or not you get to come back to the country. hope it goes without saying that if you have an asylum case pending and you're claiming that it would be unsafe for you to return to your home country because you would face persecution. I think it goes without saying that that would be silly and foolish and reckless for you to then not only leave the United States while your asylum case is pending, but to then go back to the country that you're seeking asylum from. That would be fatal to any asylum application and I can almost guarantee you they are not going to be able to get back in the United States. As far as work authorization, you're going to be able to work once those five months are up and you've filed for your work authorization card. That work authorization card will also serve as the basis for you to be able to get state identification benefits which you should do. It's also going to allow you to get whatever other identification that you need. You're going to need that in order to get your social security card so that you can work. A work authorization card in asylum is good for one year. The first one is free and after that there's a filing fee associated with it that you're going to have pay every year. You're also going to make sure that your work authorization card does not expire before you file for a new one. It's one of hassles of asylum is you have to keep renewing that work authorization card. But it is a benefit that America bestows on people who are seeking protection within the United States. It's sort of a trade off, yeah it's not the most convenient thing in the world but at the same time you are able to work. If your asylum case was denied and you were placed in the deportation proceedings, you can still continue to get your green card ... I'm sorry, your employment authorization card renewed until such time as that case is finally adjudicated. If you have any questions about employment authorizations cards or travel documents within the asylum context, feel free to give us a call 314-961-8200 or you can email me [email protected] . I'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Thanks. Travel Vlog Iv is a travel and food video channel. I'm Ivana, nice to meet you! You'll find travel and food videos on this channel because I like to take you along while exploring the world. These videos hopefully make you excited to travel and eat food around the world as well. There's such a joy in getting out of your comfort zone and growing as human being by traveling to new places and eating delicious food you've never tasted before. I'm currently based in Bangalore because India is my favourite country in the world. Travel in India is kind of my thing but I've been al over the world. Just check these playlists to begin your journey with me: https://bit.ly/2l4sMk4 FAQ's: Q Where are you from? A I am born in former Yugoslavia. Mom is Serbian, Dad is Bosnian. Q Why do you love India so much? A Watch this video: http://bit.ly/2iyUKkc and this one: https://youtu.be/Sh7E9VisTKQ
